BNR Big Turbo Kit for Hyundai Kia 1.6L
We have partnered up with 828 Motorsports to produce a budget friendly Big turbo kit for all 1.6L Hyundai and Kia engines. Our BNR Big Turbo Kit for Hyundai Kia 1.6L have been used on a few builds that we have done. We will offer a few options with this kit including 3 different size turbos from BNR, 38mm and 44mm tial wastegate options, screamer or return pipe, and choice of intake color!

S3
The BNR S3 version 2 turbocharger has a 2.36” inlet and works with most all the aftermarket turbo inlet tubes. All the tuners like using an aftermarket boost control solenoid with a single barbed wastegate actuator. The S3’s compressor wheel is rated for 46 lb/min air flow. We’ve had countless customers dyno 360-400 WHP with the S3. Here is what you get with the S3 turbocharger upgrade!

- Rear journal bearing oil deflector (Diverts oil away from the turbine seal)

- BNR .63 a/r turbine housing with 27mm wastegate port

S4
The BNR S4 version 2 turbocharger has a 3.5” inlet and works with a 3.5” or larger intake pipe. The S4’s point milled billet compressor wheel is rated for 53 lb/min air flow and is the smallest of the 76mm Garrett compressor wheels. Our entry level 3076 is 4mm smaller on the inducer compared to the 3076 from our competition. This is by far the most popular turbocharger! This unit will do up to 480 WHP without sacrificing response. The S4 spools better than the competition’s 3076 by 500 RPM! Here is what you get with the S4 turbocharger upgrade!

S5
The S5 has a 3.5” compressor inlet and works with a 3.5” or larger intake pipe (same casting as S4). All the tuners like using an aftermarket boost control going to your 44-46mm v band style wastegate! The S5’s point milled, billet compressor wheel is rated for 62 lb/min air flow and is the larger of the 76mm Garrett compressor wheels with a 58mm inducer and 76mm exducer with 3mm compressor tip height extension. Our S5 is comparable to the competition’s GTX 3076, but what separates BNR from the others is our own custom .82 a/r turbine housing! This turbocharger on a forged engine with ported stock intake gets 20 psi by 3400-3600 RPM. The S5 has the capabilities for 550 WHP without sacrificing response. The S5 spools better than the competition’s 3076 by approximately 300 RPM even with the big turbine housing!

S6
The BNR S6 turbo is the biggest in the lineup of BNR performance turbos. This is a journal bearing GT3582 based turbo rated for 750bhp! The turbo requires a 44mm MVR vband wastegate or equivalent wastegate and is not available with an internal wastegate design.
