GFB DV+ Diverter valve (Part number T9301) is a direct bolt on factory valve replacement. Designed to replace the weak plastic Bosch diverter valves commonly found on European applications like Audi, Ford and VW, but with the GFB TMS advantage. The TMS range from GFB is designed specifically for the purpose of turbo lag reduction, and improving throttle response. Tests show TMS features can return engine to peak boost up to 30% faster than a factory diverter valve when shifting gears. Unlike other aftermarket Bosch replacement valves on the market, the DV+ will hold as much boost as you can throw at it WITHOUT the need to adjust the spring pre-load or purchase different springs. This is because the pressure-balancing design of the DV+ means that under wide open throttle conditions there is equal boost pressure on both sides of the piston, so it will stay shut under boost REGARDLESS of the spring setting or the boost pressure. Parts works great on my 16 F5 SX. Had to relocate the intercooler as it wouldn’t fit but I’m going to fab some brackets and the car seems to hold boost better! Def recommend a solenoid with this upgrade. KDMTuners is the best!

Part feels very well made and is a drop-in replacement.. The kit comes with screws, very clear directions, and an extra vacuum hose. It comes with a window decal. Install was easy and straightforward. In full open mode, will throw a CEL. 50% open it seems to clear the fault and still makes mad choo choo noises. if you need to get to any of the solenoid hoses, just bite the bullet and remove the air intake

Product is very nice. It just didn’t fit the 2018 Kia Forte 1.6T. Housing is about 3mm too tall and will hit core support upper brace. Fits great on Veloster though!
