Shipping Policy

Shipping from USA

We will ship to your location as soon as possible, but occasionally a part may be on back order or out of stock in the warehouse. In which case, we will ship directly from the manufacturer. Most in stock items ship out within 24 hours of confirmed payment. Due to security reasons we can only ship to the billing address attached to the method of payment that was used.

Shipping from outside of USA

Items being shipped from outside of United States can take up to 3 weeks for delivery. Most cases will only require 4-5 days for delivery but occasionally a part may be on back order or out of stock. In which case, we will notify the customer within 72 hours of the status via E-mail provided during the order.

Back orders

If the merchandise you have selected is currently not in stock, we will give you an expected shipping time at checkout or by a follow-up email.

Multiple Shipments

The merchandise you order may be filled from several locations, so items may arrive separately. You will not incur additional shipping charges under these circumstances. Your original shipping charge will simply be split across the multiple packages when your order is charged.

Carriers

Kdm Tuners uses 2 different carriers to make sure your items arrive to you on time:

• United States Postal Service (USPS)
• United Parcel Service (UPS)

If we have an item that is dropped shipped the Carrier is often out of our control and can also be one of these:

• UPS
• FedEx
• DHL
• OnTrac

Please note: We use U.S. Postal Service for P.O. Boxes, APO and FPO addresses.
